In order for your application to be assessed, a completed application form together with the payment of fees must be received by the Nurses Board of Victoria.

Once these have been received, all applications must fulfill the requirements of the Board’s current policies for a completed application.

      Verification of nursing course and registration;

      Temporary Registration (restricted registration);

      Replacement Cards & Certificates;

      Registration in Div 1 on the basis of current or previous registration in Div 3 and/or 4 only.

      Notification of Change to Area of Nursing Practice;

      Notification of Negligence or Indictable Offence.
