Research & Fellowship Grants

The Board encourages and supports nursing research and projects by awarding annual grants. These help nurses undertake research or projects related to the Board's areas of interest:

improving health outcomes in fields such as aged care nursing, clinical nursing, community child health, complementary/alternative therapies, family care, indigenous health, mental health nursing, midwifery and primary health care; and
the changing scope of practice in nursing or midwifery.

Please note that these grants are not available for research projects undertaken as part of studies towards an academic award.
