Endorsement Applications - Chinese Medicine

This section is for applicants who are applying for registration or are currently registered in division 1 who may be eligible for endorsement in Chinese Medicine. Prior to submitting the form please read carefully the Checklist of Requirements and Information Sheet included in the application form.

On receipt of the application for notation for nurses in Chinese Medicine, NBV staff undertake a review against key application requirements for notation. The following are minimum key application requirements that must be met by all applicants applying for notation in Chinese Medicine.

Key Application Requirements:

• Applicant must complete the prescribed application form, which includes evidence of current nursing registration, educational background and clinical experience relating to the Chinese Medicine;
• Evidence of clinical competency;
• Evidence of a minimum of five (5) years practice in Chinese Medicine;
• Evidence of registration with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Victoria (CMRB) (where applicable);
• Evidence of professional indemnity;
• Consent to forward application to CMRB for review (where applicable);
• Payment of prescribed fee.
