The onus is on the person seeking to renew registration on line to ensure that her or his registration has been renewed, and the Board accepts no liability whatsoever for the failure for whatever reason of the person's registration to be renewed when the on line renewal service has been used. It is the obligation of a registered nurse to ensure she or he is registered when providing regulated nursing services.
